A CutList Optimizer alternative for plywood builds
CutList Optimizer lays out the parts you give it. PanelPlanner can also work out the part sizes: describe the cabinets, and Gus sizes every part.

When another tool is the better pick
- You mostly cut boards or other linear stock. PanelPlanner has no board optimizer yet; Cutlistor does.
- You send parts to a CNC. PanelPlanner has no DXF export yet; Cutlistor and CutPlan.ai do.
- You already have your part sizes and a CutList Optimizer plan you like. It lays out panels well.
Switching
Your parts list moves over by CSV. In the planner, open the More menu (⋯), choose Import cutlist (CSV)…, then paste rows or drop the file. Columns are matched by their headers: Label, Length, Width, Qty, Material and Grain. Parts land on sheets of their material and are laid out at once.
