Terms of Service
Last updated October 31, 2026
These terms cover your use of PanelPlanner at panelplanner.app, run by Siwaak. By using the app or signing in you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
What PanelPlanner is
PanelPlanner helps you lay out parts on sheet goods and prepare cutlists. It is a planning aid. Results depend on the sizes you enter and on your own checking, so measure twice and confirm every layout before you cut material. Kerf, grain, defects and tooling vary in the shop and are your responsibility.
Your account
- Sign-in is optional. Keep access to your email, Google or Apple account secure, because anyone who can use it can open your PanelPlanner account.
- You must give a real email address you control.
- You may stop using the app at any time. You can ask us to delete your account, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your projects
Your projects and content belong to you. You give us permission to store and transmit them only so the app can work, for example to sync them between your devices. We do not claim any ownership of your designs.
Pro and payments
Free features are available without payment. Pro features are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which processes the payment and issues your license key under its own terms. Prices, billing period and any trial or refund conditions are shown at checkout. A license key is for your own use and may be activated on a limited number of devices.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or probe it, to access other people’s accounts, or to use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that does.
No warranty and limits on liability
PanelPlanner is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We work to keep it reliable, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we can’t be responsible for wasted material, lost time or lost data. Keep your own copy of anything important; the app can export your project data. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for PanelPlanner in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. If a change to the terms matters, we will update the date above and say so in the app. Continuing to use PanelPlanner after that means you accept the new terms.
